How much does it cost?
A Horizon Review is £1,950 fixed. Website Refreshes start from £3k and Growth Websites from £8k. Monthly services start at £150 (Care), £300 (Assist) and £500 (Ops). Custom platforms are quoted to the job. Every project gets a fixed-price proposal before any work begins.
How long do projects take?
A Horizon Review takes 7–10 working days from the discovery session to your written report. A Website Refresh is typically four to six weeks, a Growth Website six to ten, and AI assistants are usually live within two to four weeks. Your proposal includes a timeline.
Is our data secure? What about GDPR?
Yes. We work under UK GDPR, sign a data processing agreement with every client, keep data in UK or EU data centres wherever possible, encrypt it in transit and at rest, and never allow your data to be used to train public AI models.
Will AI replace our staff?
That isn't the aim, and it's not what we build. We use AI to take repetitive admin off your team so they can spend more time on customers, quality and growth. A person stays in control of every decision that matters.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, Horizon Care keeps everything hosted, secure and up to date, handles small changes, and includes a quarterly AI review. And because you own everything, you're free to look after it yourself or move elsewhere.
