Pricing questions
Why do some prices say "from"?
Every business is different, so the final price depends on scope — the number of pages, integrations or tools involved. "From" is the starting point for a typical small project. Your proposal will always be a single fixed price.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your proposal lists everything, including any third-party costs such as domain names or software subscriptions, so you can see the full picture before you decide.
Do monthly services have a minimum term?
Horizon Assist and Horizon Ops have a three-month minimum so there's time to set up, measure and improve properly; after that they roll monthly. Horizon Care is rolling monthly from the start.
Can we spread the cost of a project?
Yes. Projects are usually invoiced in stages — typically a deposit, a mid-point payment and the balance at launch — so you only pay as you see progress.
What if we're not sure which service we need?
Start with a free 20-minute call, or with a Horizon Review if you'd like a full, costed plan. The review fee is credited against any project signed within 60 days.
