FAQ
Horizon Review: your questions answered
Do we have to use Horizon Labs for the work afterwards?
No. The report is yours to keep and act on however you like — with us, another supplier or your own team. If you do go ahead with us within 60 days, the full review fee comes off the project price.
How much of our time does it take?
Around three hours in total: 15 minutes for the questionnaire, 60–90 minutes for the discovery session and about an hour for the walkthrough call.
We're not very technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all — it's who the review is designed for. The report is written in plain English, and every recommendation explains what it does for the business, what it costs and what it should return.
What do you need access to?
Usually just a conversation and a look at your website. If it helps, we may ask to see how a quote or enquiry moves through your systems. We sign an NDA on request and handle everything under UK GDPR.
